I called microsoft today and said they dont find my phone number and the guy talks like I have never called them for a repair
what should I do
You don't need to call them I think, if you are still on warranty then go to the site, status, repairs, enter your box code, reasons for it being broken and send it off when they email you, I think the guy was just annoyed with you and trying to muck around
